KORKOTO PIE RECIPE


"KORKOTO" PIE RECIPE
WITH TRAHANA SWEET STARENIO OF AMFIKLIA


MATERIALS:

2 and 1/2 teaspoons flour
2 cups milk tea
1 cup of water
2 and 1/2 teaspoon feta cheese in small pieces
1/2 cup sweet trachana tea
3 cups green zucchini tender tea
1 teaspoon oil
3-5 eggs
1/2 teaspoon pepper


IMPLEMENTATION:

Put the trachana in the milk and water for 15 minutes, to soften it. Peel the zucchini peel and grate them in the grater. Make a mixture with 3 eggs (slightly beaten), 1/3 of the oil and the rest of the ingredients .
Mix the mixture well and pour it into an oiled pan. Shake the pan so that it goes everywhere evenly. Beat the remaining oil with 2 eggs and a little water and spread it all over the surface. Bake the "kourkouto" at 200 degrees for 40 ' minutes of the hour. The secret of success is to cook well up and down to make it crispy and thin
